So Who Am I and Why Should You Listen to Me?

As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I believe in self-growth.  I have invested lots of time and money into my own self-development work and continue to do so year after year. I believe that we have a choice of how we want our life to be but we don’t always make the decisions to do anything about it.   

My goal is to empower you and hundreds, if not thousands of women just like you, to discover who you really are and accept all of you – it is only then that we can change. 

I grew up not knowing myself very well and wore many masks as I learned who I was.  I got caught up in performance and perfectionism so I gained my value in what I did verses who I am. That led to over doing, over giving, and putting myself last.

I have recovered from addictions and co-dependency, I have a tribe of women who love all of me where I can be totally real, and I don’t suffer from putting myself last anymore.  I am happy and fulfilled!

I received my Master’s in Psychology at Chapman University in 2009 and have spent the last 6 years counseling individuals and couples, speaking to groups, running workshops and programs all designed to help people know, accept, connect and love themselves more.
